Langlade County Bow & Gun Range
The Langlade County Bow and Gun Range is maintained by the Forestry, Parks and Recreation Department and located about 4 miles south of Antigo, WI. The range offers facilities for archery, air gun and firearm use. There are benches available to sight in your firearm at 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, 200 yards and 300 yards. There is also a trap area for hand thrown clay targets. The archery range is located in the wooded area south of the 100, 200 and 300 yard firearm target area.

Closures may take place on a daily basis due to construction.
Range Rules
- The range opens at 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from April 1st to daylight savings. From daylight savings till Nov. 30th the range will be open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The range will be closed December 1st to March 30th of every year.
- When the range gates are closed, entry is not permitted.
- No person shall discharge any firearm, air gun or bow contrary to posted regulations.
- Whenever a person is visible down range for any reason, all individuals in the range must cease fire and unload and break open the action of their firearm.
- Only paper or cardboard targets are to be used unless using clay-birds in the trap shooting area. It is unlawful to shoot at glass, plastic or metal targets.
- Users must remove all refuse (cans, plastic, paper, shot shells, cartridge casings, etc.)

During the Langlade County trap clubs ATA shoots, the range will be closed to the general public.
Fees will not be required for attendees of events. If you would like to schedule an event at the range please call the Forestry, Parks and Recreation Department at 715-627-6300
Fee Schedule
Daily pass: $5.00/person per day
Annual pass: $20.00/person per year. for the year of 2026 due to constructions and closure some days, only this year will be discounted.
Due to contruction, closure may take place on a daily basis 2026.
Children under 16 are free with a paid adult.
Annual passes can be purchased at the Forestry, Parks and Recreation Department from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday at 1633 Neva Road Antigo, WI 54409.
Daily passes can be purchased at the range.
