Permit Process


Please select the WI permit you are interested in from the list below, complete the corresponding permit application and return the permit along with the correct fee to:

Firewood Cutting Permit- Non-Commercial

Balsam Bough Cutting Permit- Non-Commercial

Christmas Tree Cutting Permit- Non-Commercial


Shooting Range Policy
  •  2026 Annual Shooting Range Pass 
  •  Annual Passes become available after March 1st of the year for the upcoming season
  • Please do not mail in this permit, we must verify your I.D.
Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Use Policy and General Rules
  • OHMV Vehicle Permit & Operators Permit can be obtained at the Forestry, Parks and Recreation Office between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 1633 Neva Rd., Antigo, WI 54409, in the Middle of the Langlade County Fairgrounds, under the flag.

    • Vehicle Permits are $50.00 each
    • Operator Permit; per person are $10.00 each
