Location Area
Camp Susan is a historic site that originally served as a logging camp. In the 1940s, it was transformed by the UW-Extension into a youth camp for use by 4-H programs. In 2021, the site was further adapted for multiple uses, expanding its accessibility and functionality beyond just 4-H activities.

Today, Camp Susan is managed under an agreement with Langlade County Fair Inc., which has a long-standing history of supporting the camp's operations. The site spans over 1,000 acres of wilderness, featuring several small lakes and a network of hiking trails, making it an ideal location for outdoor education, recreation, and group retreats.
